Terms & Agreements

1. Reservation Confirmation

  • Bookings are considered confirmed once the required downpayment has been received and the event details have been finalized.

2. Downpayment Policy

  • A non-refundable downpayment is required to secure your preferred date and time slot. This allows us to reserve the schedule, manpower, and preparations for your event.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of cancellation by the client, all payments made shall be non-refundable. However, approved adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Muni Coffee depending on circumstances and notice given.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least seven (7) days before the event date and will be subject to availability. One reschedule request may be accommodated per booking.

5. Final Payment

  • The remaining balance must be settled on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Event Duration

  • Service hours shall follow the agreed booking schedule. Extensions beyond the confirmed service time may be subject to additional charges.

7. Venue & Client Responsibilities

  • The client shall ensure the following are available prior to setup:
    • Safe and accessible setup area
    • Adequate operating space for the mobile cart
    • Nearby parking or unloading access
    • Stable power source, when required
    • Necessary permits or venue approvals
  • Any delays caused by unavailable access, venue restrictions, or incomplete requirements may affect setup and service flow.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Muni Coffee shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by traffic conditions, weather disturbances, power outages, venue management issues, or events beyond reasonable control.

9. Outdoor Events & Weather

  • For outdoor bookings, clients are encouraged to provide weather cover or sheltered placement for the cart. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, both parties may agree on reasonable adjustments or rescheduling.

10. Damages

  • Any loss or damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or misuse during the event may be charged accordingly.

11. Photos & Content

  • Muni Coffee may capture photos or videos of the setup and event service for portfolio or social media purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in advance.

12. Acceptance

  • Confirmation of booking and payment of the downpayment will indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions.
  • We look forward to serving you and making your event extra memorable with Muni Coffee.
